The Christmas 2021 period (in NSW, Australia) was not a lot different to that of 2020, except the Covid 19 rules were somewhat more relaxed this year, despite high case numbers and the Omicron “cloud” hanging over us.
We had two wonderful Christmas celebrations; the first with my side of the family (including 3 week old grandson Jake) on the Sunday before, and Christmas Day with three of Maggie’s daughters’ families; while the fourth family sadly experienced a Christmas Covid lockdown.
I have stopped photographing family events, preferring to leave that to the Facebook and Instagram posters. However I did make an image of our Cycad in flower …
